Fixed Joints
For Volkswagen and other customers, we produce wheel-side fixed joints for power transmission between wheel and gearbox.
Outer diameter: 80 – 115 mm
Length: 100 – 160 mm
Profile Shafts
For Volkswagen, other NTN plants, and additional customers, we produce two types of profile shafts:
Solid shafts
Length: 350 – 1000 mm
Diameter: 20 – 45 mm
Three-part welded tube shafts
Tube diameter: 30 – 60 mm
Tube wall thickness: 3 – 6 mm
Length: 450 – 1000 mm
VL Joints
For IFA-Rotorion and other customers, we produce VL joints in various sizes and designs – both disc joints and bell-shaped VL joints.
Outer diameter: 50 – 160 mm
Drive Shafts
As a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier for Mercedes, we manufacture drive shafts:
- For the front axle of light commercial vehicles with all-wheel drive
- For the rear axle of light commercial vehicles
- For electric vehicles
