Apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) Apprenticeship Position
You enjoy tinkering with and repairing small household items or you never missed a single technical education class or workshop club at school—but what really interests you are the truly massive machines?
An apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic will get you exactly there.
You receive a daily schedule and procure the necessary materials, which you then transform into finished components, assemble pre-fabricated mechanical parts and program basic operating instructions into the machine’s electronic systems to ensure it functions correctly. Naturally, quality control is also an essential part of the role. Using a variety of modern measuring instruments—as well as standard tools like rulers and scales—you verify the quality of your work and carry out maintenance and repairs to ensure that operations continue to run smoothly. In short: A qualified industrial mechanic doesn’t have a dull job on an assembly line; rather, they are the ones who build the assembly line, master pneumatics and hydraulics, and possess a deep understanding of the technology behind modern machinery.
