Your responsibilities:

  • Planning of operations, work sequences, and production resources
  • Record cycle times, conduct capacity analyses and update them on a quarterly basis
  • Plan, oversee the implementation of, evaluate and document internal performance tests
  • Identify bottlenecks and refine the manufacturing process based on bottleneck prioritization
  • Ensuring and further developing the manufacturing conditions necessary to achieve the target shift output
  • Technical responsibility for the manufacturing process and the authority to issue technical instructions to manufacturing staff; managing manufacturing tools
  • Support existing manufacturing processes
  • Analyze and resolve issues in the manufacturing process; develop corrective actions and drive their implementation
  • Initiate Continuous Improvement Measures in the manufacturing process and lead their implementation
  • Make recommendations for the manufacturing-friendly design of components and assist in coordinating with raw part manufacturers
  • Initiate changes to manufacturing processes; support their development and implementation
  • Maintain technical documentation (drawings, FMEA, AUW, etc.)
