• Completed training as a state-certified technician or a degree in engineering, business administration, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in technical project management in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods
• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel, depending on project requirements

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, managing, and implementing technical projects throughout their entire duration
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams from development, production, quality, and purchasing
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and risks
• Preparation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, and management reports
• Technical coordination with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Ensuring compliance with technical requirements
• Implementation of risk and change management
• Preparing and facilitating project meetings and reviews
• Support during the proposal and concept phases
• Management of external service providers and subcontractors
• Escalation management and the development of countermeasures
• Continuous optimization of project processes and standards
